Sweep-In Reclaim

The “Sweep-In” reclaim system is the most basic and economical design of the floor reclaim systems. This system consists of a metered gravity feed floor hopper, a belt and bucket elevator assembly, an air-wash separator with rotary scalping drum and a free-standing abrasive storage hopper. This system can be labor intensive based on the volume of blasting and the size of the blast room. Abrasive must be manually shoveled or pushed into the gravity feed hopper. This design is not recommended for medium to high production blasting operations.
